Each topic has a row of contributors’ icons. Hover-over shows you which is the most recent. Wouldn’t it be good if the most-recent was visible. e.g a square around the round image? Going further, a square around the original-poster at 45 degrees would show you even more.

If I am not mistaken, OP is always the first in the list and the most recent always the last (except if the most recent is the OP).

@jb4x Thanks. After a quick look I can see you are correct, there is more information there than I realised. My first proposed square would be around the first or last, and the 2nd is not necessary.
