[UPDATE: it solved itself… and I’ve no idea why… 
] I’m running Processing 3.5.3 on macOs Mohave 10.14.5 - and all the help stuff under the top level help menu is greyed out and not actionable. Everything else appears to be quite happy.
No idea what I’ve done to make this happen. It could be that this was always the case for me in 3.x - which I just recently moved to - and I only just noticed it.
Is uninstall/reinstall a sensible first step? Or are there other things I should try?

but i see here under win7 that the menu is changing when i select a other MODE
( from [JAVA] )
but that one i can not see from your picture.

i not see here, only the Online entry is grey.
if you choose to reinstall processing consider to erase first also the system folder
( where the preferences file is… )

good point. haven’t yet had to think about the appropriate care and feeding of the installation… but clearly I should…
