Requires restart of Processing?

Okay, so I know I’m going to sound very, very stupid asking this question, but I’d also be very, very upset if I lost 2 years worth of programs from my save folders.

So, in the preferences tab of Processing, there’s an option to “Enable complex text input (i.e. Japanese, requires restart of Processing)”.

JUST TO BE CLEAR, when it says “restart”, it JUST means I have to close and reopen Processing, right?? It doesn’t mean I’ll lose all my files, right?

Correct, simply close/open processing. No files will be lost …

In addition, consider backing up your computer, your documents, or just you Processing save folder. While Processing will never delete your saved sketches, the possibility of mistakes like that is much much less scary if you back up your data.
