New Modes not showing up in Manage Modes Page

I’m trying to use Python but when I go to the manage modes page the modes list is completely blank. I’ve restarted and everything, anyone come across this?

Let’s wait to see if it’s a generalized bug or if someone will open a new GitHub issue.

EDIT: Modes don’t show up on Linux Intel - 64-bit either
