Stupid Question about Libraries😂

I’m actually new to libraries and already done a lot of researches but still can’t understand it very well. So my question is, Does Processing’s Network library need to be installed or is it a Processing’s built in library that you can just use right away and just import.

BTW i’m using APDE.
