Processing doesn't save my preferences

like i hate it because then it doesnt auto save

close Processing and hand edite the preference.txt file

  • I can’t find the preferences.txt file :smile:
  • Does Processing 4 actually support auto save?

Hello @quark,

If you open File > Preferences from the Processing IDE you will see this:

The last few lines show the location of the preferences.txt file.

@glv I had found the preferences dialog but didn’t read the bottom bit so thanks for that, and it does have an auto-save option so both my questions answered :smile:
