After going through the list of 2021 Gsoc projects I decide to go with Contributing to p5.js website internationalization (i18n), and I am going to start a new translation to French language.
Where can I find the submit proposal button for this to appear on my gsoc account?

Hello sir,
I did apply and sent proof of University enrollment.
But I was sent to choose an organization for step two, I went to Processing Foundation but no one so far to tell me how the organization works to unlock step two as you can see on the attached screenshot.
