External device selection

Hello,

Although my external device shows up in menu option Android>Devices, it is not selectable by mouseclick, although the device is colored blue. The selector sticks with the Genymotion emulation of Google device.

I used my mobile device succesfull with Android Studio before, so the settings developeroptions are ok, USB debugging allowed etc… Also currently while using Processing my Android Studio is NOT active.

@Pete_r61 === that is weird…
First thing i would try is to run adb devices in the terminal command line : verify that your phone is listed and authorized.
Second thing is to see what happens if your gm emulator is not running
