Running processing for android in other editor

So I am trying to use processing through the atom editor rather than the default IDE it comes with. I am basically just wondering how I do this. With atom, I installed “processing” which basically just runs the command processing-java in the command prompt I think. I am pretty sure I got this working, but I realized I’m not using the default processing mode, so what command would I have to do other than processing-java to do this with processing for android?
