As a first step, could you please add your event to the map? You can open an issue on GitHub. That will put a pin on the map and direct ppl to this thread. If you need any help, let me know!
Don’t worry if the details are not finalized yet, you can update the info for your event later via a pull request (or by asking in this thread).
