I’m new to Processing and have spent a lot of time on PureData this past year, with the goal of drawing on oscilloscopes.
I’m, of course, using Ted Davis’ excellent XYScope library. I want to record or save to disc audio from my sketches.
My preferred way to work is to record “oscilloscope music” into my DAW, Reaper, and send audio from Reaper to my scope, as well as speakers.

Have a “record” button in my sketch.
I’m using Sound and Minim with XYScope and need direction to the right code snippets to do those things. My Audio interface is a MOTU 828 mk3, by the way.
