First of all, please understand that I am not good at English. I’m trying to use my webcam, but processing doesn’t recognize it. It works with Windows Camera. This is the webcam you connect to using use.
The basic webcam on my laptop works fine. However, I absolutely have to use a separate webcam. Even if the code runs fine, an error occurs when a webcam is connected.
What should I do? Please help me.

if this reference given you same error your problem maybe hardware issue … A port is reserved or used by another software or something like that…
or try to change your video library release version
