Should I do something else to see the Python Mode?
Right now, it can not be seen as an option in the mode selection:

I’ve reported the issue. Hopefully it’s resolved soon.
In the mean time, you can download the files you need here –

In your Documents folder on Windows, there should be a folder named Processing; inside that is another folder named modes. Copy the PythonMode folder (in the downloaded zip archive) into modes. Python mode is available next time you run Processing.
* Use Processing 3.5.4 (not Processing 4) for Python mode.

Bonjour, j’ai le même problème et placer le zip dans le dossier mode ne marche pas non plus (extrait évidemment).
A la prochaine exécution de Processing, le mode n’est toujours pas présent.
(Je suis bien sur la version stable 3.5.4)
