How to have lines infront of moving object

i made the object stop/get stuck at a line top right of the screen how do i make the lines appear above my moving object which is controlled by mousex and mousey

Unclear what you mean.

In a 2D Sketch what is on top of what is determined
by the order you draw it.

So draw the lines last.
