The Arduino processing 4.2 on win11can’t be open and got error as title, how to fix please?

Hello @llsummer Welcome to the forum. Please would you clarify what you’ve done, what works and what doesn’t. I regret I don’t have Windows-11 to try things myself, but it shouldn’t be much different from W10.
You’ve installed Processing 4.2?
You can run the Processing IDE, from the menu chose Sketch, Run. - it makes a small window?
What Arduino software have you installed? and what happened?
