Webcam capture fails for .exe on win10

Hi

I am trying a simple webcam script on a Win10 machine, which runs fine. Still, the exported .exe fails, I do believe because it fails to upload GStreamer.

Note folder structure is created as:
script_win64
– java
– lib
---- gstreamer-1.0
–source
.exe
