Unable to open the Javascript console in windows 10 PC using chrome

I am unable to open the Javascript console in a PC running Windows 10 using chrome Browser.

I get the following error message after pressing Control+Shift+J.

I get this error message:
Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (Request
Blocked)

If the console isn’t opened as you state, where does that error message display at?

The error message appears in the console.

Try right clicking, select inspect element, and go to the console tab. You can also press Control+Shift+I and select the console tab.

Got it!
Thanks so much!
