New version of PiCrate (processing in ruby)

Announcing the latest release of my PiCrate gem for the RaspberryPI. Tested on:-

1. RaspberryPI OS (32 bit) with RaspberryPI 3B+ and RaspberryPI 4.
2. Manjaro LInux ARM (64 bit) and RaspberryPI 4.

NB: does require jdk11+.

Features some new examples including a Voronoi Distance sketch (which does not require Pixel Flow library).
