New Library Idea: ML Library for Processing

Hello, everyone! For GSOC 2022, I mainly thought of proposing an ML Library for Processing, and just found out that the exact same idea was raised in 2020 (Need guidance in developing an idea). I wonder what happened to this idea and if it still can be a valid proposal now. Thank you.
