Legal implications programmers should consider when deploying an application in processing

Hi all,

I just wanted to discuss the do’s and don’ts when deploying a program, I’m sure legal council will always be necessary as most of us will not be trained lawyers and therefore may not be up to date on current legal issues, but I just wanted to see if there were some generally accepted points.

In particular I wanted to understand the use of libraries and the implications on free or non free applications.
