Ketai sensor onTemperatureEvent

@AdityaRana === most of the phones have not ambient temperature sensor, which does not mean that they cannot get the battery temp which has nothing (or quite nothing) to see with ambient temp; ketai has method for ambient temperature not (i think) for battery temp which you get with Android batteryManager API and i know how to do that with code using broadcast receiver and intent filter ACTION_BATTERY_CHANGED= not any Ketai here.
