This looks like the same survey that can be accessed from the PDE (Help → Welcome to Processing in Processing 4.5.0).

I did complete that one (if I recall correctly) but it looks like I can fill it in again. Is this a different survey? Or is there a problem with the survey that it does not inform users (or block them) that already did complete the survey?

It is the same survey, we announced it in other places since not many people download the beta like you did!
