Hello everyone, I am Prateek Jain, from IIIT Guwahati India. I look forward to participating in GSOC 2021 with Processing Organisation. Can someone guide me about what are the current ideas and what is the format to propose new idea?

I would suggest you pick an issue off the updated list, fill in a proposal, and submit it via GSOC.
