Hey, I just started to take a course on ‘Nature of Code’, and this course required a download of p5.js editor.
But for some reasons, I can’t find the p5.js editor in the ‘download’. Here: https://p5js.org/download/
Did you guys shut down the service(?) or am I not qualified for downloading??
Did it say the p5.js editor, or just a text editor for p5.js?
If it just meant a text editor, then this is what it says on the p5 website:
“You can use the code editor of your choice. Instructions for getting set up with Sublime Text 2 are included below, other good [free] editor options include Brackets, Atom and OpenProcessing. If you are a screen reader user and not using the p5 web editor, you may want to use Notepad++ or Eclipse.”
There is also an online editor for p5, but it is currently in alpha.
You could try using the Processing desktop environment, but in p5 mode?
Sounds like the instructions are outdated. There was a P5.js editor that you could download, but that is now deprecated and should not be used anymore.
