hi folks, Saber here, an educator in Studio City, LA. I am organizing a virtual CC Fest for this October to be a part of PCD 2026. It will be the 10th anniversary of the event. The event will be in October, likely Saturday, Oct 18. I am recruiting presenters. The event will be on Zoom and hopefully useful for those far from a PCD locale.

I am excited to share the new CC Fest site, https://ccfest.rocks, and the next event, virtual CC Fest on Saturday, October 17, 2026. It will be the 10th anniversary of CC Fest and I hope you can make it. Lauren Lee McCarthy and Dan Shiffman will be doing the keynotes and there will be a large number of workshops to pick from. And this time we are doing a panel discussion as well. Registration is open now Virtual CC Fest 2026 — CC Fest. You are encouraged to donate to cover costs, Zoom Events license and speaker honorariums, but the event is still free. The site was redesigned by two people who I met thru CC Fest, Francisca Jose Rodrigues and Shristi Singh. I hope to see you at the event next month.
