If there are people that have positive experience with using a library other then the processing video library then please share.
At this point, videos are often black, skipping threw frames is missing a ton of inbetween frames, and looping does not work, and the load time of the video can take a really long time, even for really small videos.
Well, don’t throw the baby out with the bath water! 
In PraxisLIVE we have our own integration between the same GStreamer bindings (which I maintain) and Processing. And it doesn’t have the issues that you mention! At some point I might port our integration into a separate library, or I’m always happy to help someone else who wants to.
