Hello all!
Recently I discovered that an optical mouse can be hacked into a camera with a use of Arduino and Processing (from THIS video)! I bought a cheap mouse, opened it up. And for my surprise, the guts where different. And from this chip (that has more “legs” than in tutorial) I couldn’t figure out where is the right serial port, where is 5V and ground? Also the model of this chip is completely different (M16125 815).
Maybe somebody have done this without taking in account the differences of the chip and model number?
If someone have hacked the mouse in other ways, I would appreciate you sharing your experience. Currently mouses are my investigation subject.
