I am experimenting with the various ways to build a local server. I tried the "Setting up Browser Sync for Sublime) but the final step does not happen. Help?

Which “final step does not happen”? Does the Chrome tab open, but not refresh on save?
- Now your project should open in a new Chrome Tab
- Each time you’ll save (
Ctrl+s) your modifications in Sublime Text, your projects Chrome Tab will refresh
