How to play a video and add a live webcam overlay?

Hi,

I am making a film that will be shown at an exhibition in about a month. The visitor can sit in front of a monitor and experience the film like this with headphones. At a certain point in the film I want to incorporate a live webcam image that shows the person watching as part of the film. Does anyone have an idea how I can do this?

Any tips would be appreciated.

Hi @saskia_NL ,
The video and the web cam can be treated the same way in Porcessing via the image() function, that mean you can apply, for example the function tint() to one or another. Look at the reference and see how to add for example a alpha channel to an image.
