Hello Processing team!
Please consider providing different coloured icons.
This is my taskbar and blue (I changed one) is very common:
I have multiple versions of Processing and can hover over icon in taskbar and see version (changed the name in properties).
Providing different hues would be nice!
I will submit on GitHub as an enhancement request at a future date.
I managed to change the icons (layers in the ico file) with GIMP:
