Can I use Processing to separately control 3 videos on 3 monitors?

Hi.. I have been waiting for an excuse to use Processing for AGES!!!

We need to have 3 separate videos playing on 3 separate monitors with the videos stopping and starting by code..

I know you can play video in a sketch, but can I have 3 sketch windows with different videos all stopping and starting according to the code?
