Animated Dynamic Bar Chart - Time series

Hi,

Can anyone give any guidance as to how the visualization of the dynamic bar graph can be created?

(The video an animation of the top 10 country GDP in a horizontal bar graph format where the top 10 countries changes from year to year based on a data table).

I am beginner to processing so any useful advice or search terminology would be helpful.
