Matthew Ortega is an artist, designer and musician working at the intersection of art and technology. Though his current practice revolves around the poetic use of technology, he looks for ways to connect with his ideas about collage and found footage derived from the remix culture of the 2000s. After learning how to program, he now explores the same topics of refuse, decay, and distortion through custom software and digital form.
