Hello @DaniT3K,

Sound like fun and an exciting topic for a master thesis.

I see that you asked this question a while back. Have you explored the [alternatives that were proposed](https://discourse.processing.org/t/variable-fonts-on-p5-js/19775) back then? They look promising to me. Spot on even, like [this example](https://editor.p5js.org/runemadsen/sketches/SJi5v47hZ) from [Rune’s tutorial](http://assets.runemadsen.com/classes/programming-design-systems/vectors-and-type-in-code/index.html) using [opentype.js](https://opentype.js.org).

Could you build upon that?
