USB Camera(CAM) Library Recommendations

Hello. Nice to meet you.

1. Model name: e-con See3CAM\_CU135

- 13MP USB Camera

1. What kind of ‘library’ is there for ‘USB’ Camera?

2. I think there will be a lag with ‘13MP’. Is there a solution or know-how?
