It would be great to have s solid timer for android. With gotoloops Countdown Class there is quite a bit of jitter. So I’m looking forward to your solution using the Nanosecond feature of Android.
My litttle patternsequencer is limited to one channel right now, but I hope to improve it soon.
One thing that might be handy is a Midifilerecorder. Once i have a pattern that sounds right, it would be nice just to push a button and record it to a MIDI-file. I guess all we need is there but it’s gonna be quite a bit of work. It’s the first time i understand what software-engineers are doing. For a bit more complex programm one does to have a plan of it in advance.
Your Midi code works great, right now I’m sending Programm changes and Midi Sysex messages and all works fine.
