# Questions about Processing fellowship this year

Hi! I am Vaishnavi, I started learning and using Processing 2 years back. Made various sketches and content around processing. I wanted to apply to Processing fellowship this year. I wanted to know the judging criteria apart from coding contributions for the same. Hope to get more involved with Processing this year! Thanks

Hi @vaishnavi192 , Thank you so much this question and for your interest in the Fellowship this year. We just made an announcement on Instagram that the [Fellowship program is currently under construction](https://www.instagram.com/p/DVsR_jYk0La/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link&igsh=MzRlODBiNWFlZA==) for the 2026 year. However, we plan to share more details on how to apply in October of this year. Yes, you’re right, it did use to be in May. This year the announcement will happen in October. Thank you for your interest and we hope to see your application later this year.
