I have been developing a program to analyze and display tracks from GPX files with version 4.3.4. I have been hesitant of taking new version but decided to update to the latest version. I loaded it and was not getting the same output so went to the next release version after 4.3.4, 4.4.2. That has the same problem. I looked at the release notes and could not see anything that would cause the problem. In my opening screen, I display an image which seems to get magnified and other regions of that page do not display correctly, i.e, the status/command line at the bottom. The program is running, that is, the track list was generated after selecting the top left region.

What changed between the releases that would cause this?

There might have been changes in the renderer.
Which renderer?
Is this on Windows?

I’m not very knowledgeable in this area but had problems in the past with FX2D on my Windows system where the Windows scaling (1.25) was applied.

The solution for me was to create a settings function with the below content and remove the `size()` from `setup()`

```processing
void settings()
{
  // suppress windows scaling; see https://discourse.processing.org/t/windows-ui-scaling-not-respected/45905/5
  // note: System.setProperty("glass.win.uiScale", "1"); needs to be executed in setting, does not seem to have an effect in setup().
  System.setProperty("glass.win.uiScale", "1");
  size(800, 600, FX2D);
  smooth();
}
```
