Somebody told me about this site for installing JDK 8:
http://repos.azulsystems.com/
I followed instructions and get lost.
I typed:
sudo apt-key adv --keyserver hkp://keyserver.ubuntu.com:80 --recv-keys 0xB1998361219BD9C9 *
* sudo apt-add-repository ‘deb http://repos.azulsystems.com/ubuntu stable main’
and I get a list
$ sudo apt-get update
and suddenly appears:
Hit:12 http://ppa.launchpad.net/webupd8team/java/ubuntu bionic InRelease
After that, they ask me to install Zulu. I read the instructions and I think it’s another OpenJDK Java version (I thought it was the original Java Oracle 8 version).
I’m really lost and my head starts to spin
