# Processing IDE 4.4.4 does not show line in error

Hello Processing community!

The Processing IDE also has a _ **Troubleshooting** _ link in the _ **Help** _ menu.`:)`

The _**pixelDensity()**_ is a very common issue!  
This would be worthy of an entry in the _ **Troubleshooting Wiki** _.

My efforts to share issues or changes is intended to streamline the communication for everyone.  
This may save us all some work and we could direct everyone to one place for the more common ones and educate them about these important resources.

This is one of the common forum issues that is best addressed with a link _after the fact_:  
[FAQ - Processing Community Forum](https://discourse.processing.org/faq) \< This also directs them to all the other content in the guidelines which the may not have read.

_ **The challenge is to educate new users before they post a topic.** _

This does show up when a new topic is created and was an effort to educate before posting:

We could require all new users to read the guidelines as a requirement before posting topics:
