# Processing can't run No window pops up, no response at all

I’m using Processing 3.4，I get to press the “Get Started” button in the pop-up on the startup. And now,I can’t run any code in Processing. It gives me no error.Troubleshooting, i tried the things that are listed on, totally reinstall Processing, but nothing happened.

Can you make a backup of the `preference.txt` file and then remove it. Make sure the PDE is not running when you do this. I hope this helps.
