# Problem with Movie Maker II

Hello,  
I have a problem creating a video with Movie Maker.  
I read the images that I want to mount in a file, and when I call it to create a movie I get the following message.  
“QuickTime Movie creation failed  
Unknown error while creating movie(FFmpeg result was 1)”  
Where is the problem.  
Should FFmpeg be installed or is it already installed in Processing?

It is already installed.

It works fine for me on W10 and Processing 4.3
