# PCD @ Hastings 2026

Hey, starting this thread incase anyone in the south east coast of the UK is looking to get involved. I’m keen to collaborate.

If you are nearby but not in Hastings maybe we could coordinate something on the same day. Happy to rename this south coast or something.

I really enjoyed reading the recaps for PCD @ Bristol 2019 😃 Thanks again for all your work, and great to hear you’re up for hosting again!

As a next step, **please add your event to the map** by opening an [issue on GitHub](https://github.com/processing/processing-community-day/issues/new?template=01-new-event.yml). After review, it will appear on the PCD map.

I’ve merged [PR #58](https://github.com/processing/processing-community-day/pull/58), and `PCD @ Hastings` now live on the PCD map.

_Note: I had to edit the geocode and date which needed to follow a specific formatting._
