# PCD Digital Meetup @ V&A 2026

Hi everyone, I’m an the organiser of creative coding and open hardware meetups in London. We’re celebrating Processing Community Day by organising a special event on 23rd October at the V&A. It’s free, drop in and we’re inviting people to present projects as part of a community Show & Tell. All the details are in the link below.

Hi @marcb, and thanks for organizing this!
Just a heads-up that there is already another **[PCD @ London 2026](https://discourse.processing.org/t/pcd-london-2026/48132)** being organized by @limzykenneth and folks at UAL CCI. I’ll rename this thread **PCD Digital Meetup @ V&A 2026** to match the name in your [event registration](https://github.com/processing/processing-community-day/issues/221), and so the two London threads are clearly distinct.
We generally encourage organizers in the same city to connect and see if there are opportunities to collaborate or coordinate (see the [Frequently Asked Questions](https://day.processing.org/organize/faq/#can-i-run-my-pcd-close-to-another-node) section of the organizer kit.) That said, it’s completely fine to have more than one PCD in a city, especially when the events have different formats or audiences.
Either way, it would be great if you and @limzykenneth could connect!

Thanks @sableraph for suggesting the event name edit, indeed it works better this way. Our venue is in a different part of London and indeed the format and audience are likely to be a bit different, but very happy to connect with our friends at CCI for cross promotion. I’ve dropped @limzykenneth a message.
