# P5 webeditor lots of development happening

I watch the [github p5 webeditor](https://github.com/processing/p5.js-web-editor) and have recently noticed a huge increase in development and I wonder if it has anything todo with [a paid position as a developer](https://medium.com/processing-foundation/open-call-for-p5-js-web-editor-developer-45500c02fbab) being recently advertised.  
Whatever it is, I think it’s awesome.
