using basic Sound: Live Input sketch from Example files

mic.getLevel() appears to be rounded down to 0 in Safari & Firefox

tested in OSX Catalina and in Monterey

Chrome appears ok.

Any one else seeing this?

& is there a fix, if we don’t want to use Chrome?

> \[Here's a quick sketch\](https://editor.p5js.org/ffd8/sketches/zny-NR1Z5) to test it. Loading the latest version of p5.sound, which if switched back to CDN of 0.3.11 has no issue.

I’ve raised Issue on Github as last one was closed.
