Most sound examples demonstrate how to play an mp3 file. I want to use Oscillators.

Oscillators work well locally but I can’t seem to get a remote browser to play.

Are there security issues?

Hi,

Does your issue has something to do with this ? :

Thanks! This works for Firefox. I assume other browsers have similar ‘unlocks’?

I wonder if there is a way to prompt the user. E.g. if my browser app wants to use the camera, the user will be automatically asked permission. Is there something similar for audio?

The solution for mobile browser (at least for the iPhone Safari) seems to be here: [https://p5js.org/reference/#/p5/getAudioContext](https://p5js.org/reference/#/p5/getAudioContext)
