# Other video libraries

If there are people that have positive experience with using a library other then the processing video library then please share.
At this point, videos are often black, skipping threw frames is missing a ton of inbetween frames, and looping does not work, and the load time of the video can take a really long time, even for really small videos.

Well, don’t throw the baby out with the bath water! 😄 In PraxisLIVE we have our own integration between the same GStreamer bindings (which I maintain) and Processing. And it doesn’t have the issues that you mention! At some point I might port our integration into a separate library, or I’m always happy to help someone else who wants to.
