# My Mac M1 Pro run Processing very slowly

processing on my mac m1 pro always can not show the result or can not display result after i press run button, it takes a very very very long time to show the result  
i write really simplest code.  
after first times, i can run sketch successfully, but than after i press run button, it will take a hundred years to show result

PS: since you are using an M1 mac, make sure to [download](https://processing.org/download) the Apple Silicon version of Processing:
