# Limitations of Processing?

In the last day I tried to write a little utility library for a friends. It was supposed to include easy access to features like compiling classes or serialization in testing the features in java worked fine but when calling it from Processing it throws all kinds of exceptions. So where do those limits come from and (if possible) how can I bypass them?
